The sleep team reports: The answer is a six letter word and we can all do it and we all want to, but some don’t know how to. The word starts with the letter c and ends with the letter e. It is CHOICE. I Have written the word secretly because too many people take it for granted.
I hear some people: “oh yeah I can do what ever I want – I just don’t want to.” And that is absolutely fine if it is really for the right reasons and it is working for you.
Is anyone the absolute best they can be – OR – can they always keep improving? Of course we can always keep improving.
Make a choice to have an open mind and an open heart and smile and this is a great start for anyone’s day. Of course it is not easy or there would be no purpose to our existence. The journey is what makes us grow – not the destination – which is why the destination keeps moving and changing.
Can I eat better in the mornings?
Can I just smile at everyone in the house; even if it feels weird at first?
Can I clean up my mess as I go to show respect for others?
Can I fit in a short walk and gradually make it a 20 minute walk?
Can I say nice things? Can I say sorry if I get it wrong?
Can I make sure I watch and listen to positive things? I feel what I think.
Can I choose to focus on what is important?
OF COURSE anyone can do anyone of these. However, the best way to succeed is feel the change and don’t rush. I suggest rushing in the mornings is the worst thing anyone can do. Pick one of my suggestions and change it to suit yourself and see if you notice any positive change OR better still – CHOOSE TO NOTICE THE POSITIVE CHANGE!
