7 phenomenal sleeping aspects
We take sleep for granted because we do it regularly, but how awesome is it? We have the chance to recuperate and escape from the world:
1.We get to be in our own cocoon for a while with the people we care about.
2.We get to pamper ourselves with showers or baths and moisturisers before sleep.
3.When it is winter we get to be warm and snuggly.
4.We are able to turn off for a while.
5.Even thinking of that warm,safe place to be during the day is blissful.
6.We can clear our mind and re-focus.
7.We can wake feeling so refreshed.
