Waking up and deciding what to eat at breakfast is an everyday question and I am sure these new ideas will be helpful. Is is best to avoid too much bread and too much dairy and of course sugar and salt. Avoiding the ‘bad stuff’ is not hard – just at first it requires different thinking.
1.low-fat Greek yoghurt mixed with fresh berries
2. soft boiled egg and asparagus for dipping
3. smoothie with any fruit you like (mango, strawberries, banana) and coconut milk and ice
4. scrambled eggs with onion and bacon
5. sausages and eggs and mushrooms
If for the main meals we try to plan, and eat real foods, we can be a little naughty occasionally!
