Prepare as much for lunch as possible before bed
School lunches are very important but can also be time consuming.
To save time the savoury snack and slice/biscuit/bar can be put in the night before. The water can be filled and put in the fridge. In the morning the sandwich or crackers, or other lunch items and cold items, such as yoghurt or cheese, can be added to the lunch box.
This will save so much time. When you wake and make it to the kitchen the lunches look organised so the task is a positive one to tackle.
