Don’t sweat the small stuff
If the tennis is on, or the footy, or of course it is Friday or Saturday night, it is accepted that these nights are the social/ late nights and Sunday night is then the night to recover. It makes us all so predictable.
If you choose to step outside the ‘norm’ it is labelled as a ‘late night’ because it is not Friday or Saturday night or a scheduled national/international event.
So the thing is we all have a couple of late nights in a week and if one chooses this to be during the week because one is busy finishing a book, talking to a friend, or just watching tv…it is okay.
Our bodies are very clever. If we have too many late nights I believe our bodies will catch up in ways it needs to…no need to stress.
It is similar to our kids having a busy weekend or late night…they catch up and it is all good.
Live each day to the fullest… don’t sweat the small stuff and SMILE.
