It is Christmas and holiday season here in Australia and why is it such a stressful time for so many? Because giving isn’t stressful; it is so pleasurable.
Oh because our lives can be mixed up with the incorrect feelings and knowing how to deal with yourself or others is sometimes hard. People also think that being happy is normal at Christmas and while it is nice, if you feel a little down, that is okay too – ill feelings will pass.
Keeping yourself surrounded by the positive message of giving and love is the best way to stay focused. Often people are hurting about certain things in their life and that is okay, but don’t let it get you down. Turn the thought around and write that special card to your sister or friend you share a special bond with.
Remember not to build up hate or grudges for people in your life. Forgive others for whatever they did or didn’t do and be the best person you truly can be.
