Carers exhausted at night
They say the best thing you can do to support your child, who has a disability, is to look after yourself:
1.Learn how to manage stress in your own life which includes making daily time for yourself to relax and decompress.
2.Keep the lines of communication open with your spouse, family, and friends. Ask for help when you need it.
3.Take care of yourself by eating well, exercising, and getting enough rest.
