Good night texts need to be short and to the point. If you are drinking alcohol it is likely that you may have a tendency to ramble on and on and you may even be inappropriate. The next day when you re-read your good night texts you may understand why there is no good morning text! It is a common fact that when people drink too much (this is different for different people) they can do and say things they regret. And texts can be saved and can be proof and very embarrassing.
By drinking too much I don’t mean a drink or two with dinner! Loosening up and relaxing can be okay because you are still in control of what you are texting.
If you are going to have a big night – just text the person you will be out for the night and that you look forward to a night out with them soon (possible example).
If you receive a text and you have been drinking lots – then just keep the reply simple and call the next day.
