Who wouldn’t like to bounce out of bed and splash water on their face while smiling from ear to ear? Well, this can be achieved, but you have to do more than go to bed at a good time! Happy sleep habits don’t just happen – you have to make them happen:
1. eat vegetables and fruit every day
2. exercise and be active every day (this includes housework, gardening, etc.)
3. think nice things every day
4. surround yourself in nice surroundings every day
5. be proud of yourself every day
6. say nice things to others every day
7. achieve something every day
8. organise your life a little bit more every day
9. have a nice bedroom to sleep in
10. be kind to your family members and bed partner
