I read an article stating people were bragging about their babies sleeping better. I understand this is annoying, but why buy into it at all?
If these people have time to waste; then let them. We know what we are doing so why worry about others? I guess while they’re bragging they’re not being the best role models or cradling their baby or do anything else for themselves or others that is deemed helpful.
I then started to search further and the amount of sleep articles (good and bad) is horrendous – I wonder how anyone has time to read my blog!
Babies sleeping is hard and some people are lucky in that area, but then later on as the children grow, there are many twists and turns. We need to all support each other and not compete.
I think staying off social media is the best thing to do, but if you can’t don’t comment or take anything with too seriously. Most people who post, aren’t horrible people, but just trying to handle the world the best way they can too.

I actually have trouble with insomnia, it upsets me because I wake up in the morning very weak. Make all activities do not want me to do because my body is very tired. I read some information for a good night’s sleep and also I replaced my mattress with a new one. The mattress that I choose very I noticed the quality of comfort when we sleep.
