2. Not enough sleep – parents must be in charge and get kids to bed at a set time so they get 9 or 10 hours.
3. Child is sick – Check your child if they complain (even if they are chronic complainers!).
4. Child is not having relax time before bed. Children need to wind down so they get the best sleep.
5. Their school lunch is not providing lasting energy – lunch boxes need to be full of wholegrain bread, fruit, rice crackers, milk, fruit or savoury wholemeal muffins.
