Affirmations are words we repeat and then we believe what we are affirming to be true. Many of us affirm negative thoughts constantly, so we just have to think the opposite: positive thoughts! Even if it feels forced at the start, it won’t be for long. What have you got to lose – just negative stuff!!
When we talk about a better life and I mention the name Louise Hay, I am sure so many others will agree, Louise’s advice is the first step to success. On Facebook, in 2009 Louise posted this:
