Walk and sleep
I suggested he step it up. The only way to lose weight is to exercise and the only way to sleep better is to be active and exercise! So I told him it is a win-win. I think he understood my concept – the importance of exercise! I did explain it a couple of times!!
So now he surprised me and walks morning and night and feels so much better and is sleeping until 6am instead of 4am!
I get told I have lucky genes in regards to being quite slim, however, we all have strategies in order to be healthy. The number one strategy is to exercise. If the best you can manage is a 30 minute walk 4 times a week then start with this. Ideally a 40 minute walk 5-6 times a week would be perfect.
You will find when you are exercising more you won’t want as much of the ‘NO’ foods you usually do. We hear a lot about diets. Listen to your body, eat and drink in moderation. Drink plenty of water. Go on – give it a go!
