Sleep life away
Sometimes if you continually wake up too late and start your day it might seem like you sleep your life away or your day away at least. However, if you are on holidays give yourself a break – this is healthy.
Some families have pyjama days and this means everyone stays in their pyjamas all day and they watch movies and relax at home all day!
The problem is if you sleep each day til the afternoon and nothing is being achieved and you are digging yourself into a depressive heap – someone, who cares about you, has probably said: “Get your act together or you will sleep your life away!’’
The truth is when you are sleeping, if you are achieving when you are awake, this is a very positive cycle and they both work with each other. Nevertheless, just sleeping and really only otherwise eating and using only electronics, is not the best balance. It is not possible to literally sleep your life away and sleep constantly. People who think you are doing this are worried you are not being the best person you can be and making something of yourself.
