If you have had a bad day and a few negative things have happened or one major one, it is hard to wake up the next day and bounce out of bed. This is because:
1. You feel like a failure.
2. Everything is a mess.
3. You think you’ve ruined everything.
To help, kick start our mind we need to think of great days we have had and how we felt after we woke up:
1. Like yelling to the world – “I love you”
2. Kissing everyone in sight.
3. Just can’t wait to get the day started.
It is perfectly normal to feel a bit down when you have had a rough day and if you didn’t that ever, it would be a little strange! Just call it a bad day and remember it doesn’t change anything because you still have your goals and dreams.
Positive aspects that may come out of a bad day:
1. Positive changes.
2. New ways to deal with problems or negative people.
3. You are a stronger person.
4. You appreciate the little things in life.
5. You know how it feels to be in a negative zone and can recognise it and challenge the feeling.
