To smile and think only nice things and be in the moment is hard…really hard. Thinking that this is hard to do is quite ridiculous, but it is. I found a website about opening your heart and there are a few meditation/relaxation exercises and only positive can come out of them.
What I thought after doing the heart relaxation exercises:
1. If you make yourself smile it is very hard to be negative
2. If you make yourself smile it is very hard to say or remember something negative
3. If you make yourself smile your heart will smile and you will be more loving and you will be a healthier soul.
I am smiling while I type this blog and I am feeling happier just because I am smiling. It doesn’t matter what is happening in your life right now – give it a go.
