In a recent national poll people in the Western world are still struggling to get the required sleep. People in the United Kingdom are the most likely to sleep naked, however, a lot of others still like pyjamas. You may get more sleep without pyjamas – worth a try!
We need to make positive and long term lifestyle changes. Exercise is good for sleep, but it might take a few weeks or more for some to have it’s positive effects. However, lack of sleep can effect exercise.
It is interesting because who would have thought giving us electricity would make sleep a chore! Technology is not helping with people being on their smart phones and computers late. Late night texting is probably the new biggest issue making sleep just that little bit harder. However, every morning people probably think otherwise!

3. improve our memory
4. help us make healthy eating choices
5. make us want to exercise
The good news is humans are intelligent and we can just decide what we need and outweigh the benefits and go and get it.
