Yesterday, March 22, 2016, two explosions at the Brussels international airport and another at a city metro station in the Belgian capital, killed at least 34 people and injured another 230. Three days of national mourning have been declared.
The Police have released photos of at least one known suspect. Belgium has raised its terrorism to its highest level.
Prime Minister Charles Michel called the latest attacks “blind, violent and cowardly”, adding: “This is a day of tragedy, a black day… I would like to call on everyone to show calmness and solidarity”.
ISIS have claimed responsibility, but authorities say it is too early for them to tell.
