1. to eat anything and not be affected in any way
2. to only need one hour of sleep a night
And while both options had lots of interest, the one with the most votes was the sleep option! So, people are choosing to only need one hour of sleep rather than the luxury of eating anything without ill effects on bodies.
This brings us back to the sleep issue and why it is so hard to enjoy or do or like or appreciate.
People are not appreciating 8 hours of rest and comfort and silence and peace. Is it because our lives are empty? How can we enjoy sleep again? I think it is important to never give up on enjoying and making sleep a vital part of every day or night. Ask yourself what is stopping you from enjoying sleep? Can you fix the issues yourself or is it more complex? There are sleep experts out there and I think if sleep is something that is difficult, then it is worth seeking help until you find it a joy to sleep or at lest more joyful than presently.
Initially, I thought the sleep option of less sounded good, but after I thought about what it would mean to my life, I decided being able to eat anything and not have my body be affected would be better. Initially having more time to do stuff might work, but then where does it end?!
