Learn how not to press the snooze alarm button!
Did you ever come across a person who doesn’t like to sleep? Well, let us be honest to our souls. There is hardly a human being living in any corner of the world who doesn’t feel bad about waking up early in the morning. But, the difference lies in the fact that some human beings do feel miserable every now and then on the thought of waking up early. This lifestyle disorder makes it difficult for them to wake up refreshed and go to work in a delightful mood. But, the best part about this disorder is that you can actually overcome it through simple changes in your lifestyle and diet. Follow the below mentioned ways to enjoy a pleasant sunrise and wake up refreshed:
1.) Strictly avoid these sleep inhibiting agents: Sumptuous Coffee, delectable chocolates, luscious red wine, tasty chilli sauce, succulent cheese dripping pizza, spongy preserved meats, shall all be reserved for your next life. Here, in this life, you have to strictly avoid these food items because they sabotage your sleep in a very deliberate manner. These food items do taste well to your tongue and stomach, but the reality is a bit different. They are well known to disrupt the process of mental peace through the release of excessive amino acids and other sleep inhibiting agents. Therefore, it is always advised to eat less before going to bed.
2.) Calm down your senses: After a hectic day at work, where your boss shoved uncountable files to your face, you should meditate or perform yoga before going to sleep to calm your tired nerves. Meditation is a miraculous tool which relieves you of all the tensions and worries. 30 to 40 minutes should be dedicated to this activity on a daily basis. And you will not be surprised to wake up refreshed the very next morning.
3.) Optimise your room temperature: Usually, on a hot summer night, we prefer to sleep in an air conditioned room with temperature hovering around 18 to 20 degree Celsius. Likewise, we heat up our room on a chilly night. These activities tend to affect our body temperature, which ultimately affects our comfort. You should try to maintain a constant room temperature throughout the year. Say, for example, 24 degree Celsius. And in case you do not use air conditioners, try to make a balance between your clothes and blanket. You can try sleeping naked with a heavy blanket. It will definitely create a soothing effect.
4.) Let fresh air come inside the room: Do not keep the windows of your room closed all the time. It is one of the most important aspects of waking up fresh in the morning. Fresh air is required to calm your senses. And side by side, windows will perform the task of throwing out poisonous carbon di oxide from the room.
5.) Leave your bed quickly: Last but not the least; you should learn to leave your bed and wake up straight away. Just leave your bed, move out from your room, sit in a balcony, read a newspaper, or go out for a walk. Leave the habit of snoozing your alarm time and again.
