Right – so the perfect person goes to bed at 9pm and wakes at 6am. He or she takes 15 minutes exactly to fall asleep and wakes with a smile. The person has no night interruptions – not the kids, the toilet, the partner, the street – absolutely nothing.
The person has had a perfect day so their head is not full of clutter before sleep.
They are in the perfect relationship and good night texts are not needed mostly because the two are together all of the time in harmony.
The kids are different ages and also model children who do chores, do very well at school and the perfect person takes them to their many varied after school activities.
So which adult in this family always has the perfect sleep?
Really – no adult and no person – it is a fantasy. We don’t sleep perfectly or live perfectly for the matter and also we don’t wake like they do in the movies!
I got this idea of writing about perfection from reading Sheryl Paul’s blog posts on relationships and how there is no such thing as a perfect relationship either! It is worth checking out: http://conscious-transitions.com/blog/
