Relationships and sleep
Of course some relationships give you more grief than others and the hope is that not all relationships give you grief at the same time! The symptoms of grief can be hunger loss or gain, sleep loss, mental stress and more.
I often hear if people have a happy partnered relationship they are more settled in other areas.
Humans are complex enough so it is any wonder working together can be disastrous!
And there are all of the sayings: Better to have loved and lost… or love can conquer all and the list is pretty much endless!
Okay so everyone is at some stage of their life in a relationship of some sort and it is one of the hardest things humans will endure, but why is it our main focus?? Because people need people. However, depending on who you are, your age, your position in life, some people are ready for some relationships more than others. Family relationships are different from love ones, but not any easier!
So, my advice is give it your best shot and be the best you can be. Go the extra mile and give people the benefit of the doubt and forgive and forget. Know also when it takes too much of yourself to function. I had a female friend for many years and unfortunately about 6 years ago the stress of the relationship was too much and I had to let the friendship go. Give people all you can and more, but always remain true to yourself. Is it toxic to your health or violent? If your relationship to anyone is one of these you must seek help. You are worth it and you can get the strength to have a better life.

I agree and more than that some partners have a less heart to feel satisfied of you with a less mind to understand you. Having a bad relationship will cause too much effect to your health and is not good be that way long. One must know where to put themselves in a relationship or they suffer for the rest of their life.
