I must not sleep now
The feeling of being so desperate that you need to sleep and for some reason you can’t. Whether it is a job situation or a child or baby or a spouse or someone who is sick and you are sitting by their side. That feeling is like no other and is so exhaustingly ghastly.
If you can predict you might feel this way this might be your saviour.

1. A sugar drink
2. A bar to eat
3. Something written down to remind yourself of why you must not sleep.
4. A friend to help you
5. Stand up
