A night time treat
After a hard day a little piece of chocolate can’t hurt. Don’t buy a family block if you can’t stop at a few pieces!
I used to work with a man who used to get into trouble if he didn’t buy chocolate for his wife, to eat of an evening, and he was in trouble if he did because she would eat it all!!
My secret is to have two pieces and try and hold off to have any more. If I really need another piece (maximum two) I will wait five or ten minutes to see if I still want it!
If you still feel like something have a hot chocolate or a cup of tea.
Take your mind off eating and do something – write that shopping list, prepare the lunches for the next day, give someone a hug.
Probably don’t just sit in front of the television if you are wanting more food…you might cave in!
