If I can’t sleep I will have a look at Sheryl’s blog and it may only take a minute while I glance at one article or part of it.
It is good to have strategies if you can’t sleep or need a moment before bed. It might be tea or a sit in the lounge chair or to re-read something you love – a letter or a page.
Sometimes we need reminding of what matters and this is a hard task when we are all so busy. I often find myself so anxious about getting this and that done and I am calm only when I realise that stuff isn’t the important stuff…people are the important stuff.
Take time out for yourself and remember why we do what we do. Browse through Sheryl’s topics when you have a chance. I am sure you will love her calmness, like I do.
