What does a baby and the internet have in common? Well both are actually amazing and wonderful in completely different ways, but both result in lost sleep for adults. It is estimated a new baby typically results in 400-750 hours lost sleep for parents in the first year and experts say the internet is one of the most alluring sleep distractions.
