5. If you do something with a negative frame of mind – it won’t work out very well.
6. If you don’t like a trait in someone – that trait is in you.
7. If you make mistakes everyday – you are human.
8. If you say sorry and mean it and try to improve – you will be forgiven.
9. Love and look after yourself first – mental, physically and emotionally.
10. See the good in everything that happens and watch your world change.
11. If you rely on alcohol to have fun – you are not living to your potential.
12. Sometimes there are more than 11 things that you miss doing if you miss out on sleep.
