10 ways to be quiet in the morning while others are sleeping
1. close the door to the rooms where people are sleeping
2. when in the kitchen put dishes down slowly and close cupboards gently
3. close the door while blow-drying hair
4. close the door and put the lid down on the toilet while flushing
5. turn the mobile down low
6. take the home phone off the hook for a little while… don’t forget to put it back on
7. put the television or radio on low
8. be mindful of your heavy steps especially if you live in a highset home
9. talk quietly
