How many emotions at a time is ideal

I am not sure anyone is all ten emotions simultaneously! I do believe though some mixes are probably better than others.
Being sleepy, mixed with one or two or three of the emotions above, could have a positive or negative outcome. Positive because the sleepy person may be more relaxed and not as switched on, however, negative because the sleepy person is irrational due to tiredness.
While the mix of emotion is important, ideally, we must own how we feel and try to understand our emotions. We can’t blame others for how we feel..we can only tell them how their actions make us feel. I statements provide constructive criticism. For example: “I found it really hard to find your shirt in your room,” instead of “You live like a pig”.
Oh… and the differences between men and women. This is a tough one and this is why it is a hot topic. Many books have been written and I don’t think there is one perfect answer. Communicating positively so both people are satisfied they are being heard is the challenge.
Trying to understand yourself is a good start and observing how you react in certain stressful situations. The second part to this is knowing what calms you down .
