Overactive mind is something that I had to deal with many many times before I feel asleep. Of course the traditional remedy for that would be to “cool off” my mind before I go to sleep but sometimes there is no way it’s going to happen.
Thank you for the link Shaz, I will definitely check it out as I found that relaxing music makes me sleep a lot better and I don’t have to battle so much before I’m sleeping. It also makes it more pleasant and gives me joy before sleep.
