If there was a sleep tablet that gave you options of 2 hours, 4 hours or 9 hours of instant sleep – I am sure it would be as popular as coffee! However, the next best thing is giving a sleep certificate to friends and family. It is hard to imagine being sleep deprived – if you have never been. People who work long hours and only have themselves to look after – can just sleep after a long day. People with babies and young kids cannot. So, when you are thinking of buying someone a new appliance or some chocolates, think of sleep and whether you could give your time. Certificate options:
Quick nap certificate: Up to two hours of uninterrupted sleep while I play with your toddler at your home.
Overnight recovery certificate: I will stay the night and attend to your child/children from 9pm until 9am the following morning.
Chore helper certificate: I will do up to two hours of chores so you have time to rest and get to bed earlier.
