We all need to question what we are using at night before bed. While we should be able to trust the pretty bottle or jar, we can’t. Do your research and feel safe with what you use on your skin. Naturopaths are sometimes labelled as over the top and their remedies are extensive, however, if people do their own research they can come to a sensible decision.

This case was the first among more than 1,000 lawsuits to end in a monetary settlement. After appeals, it is unlikely that the $72 million payout will hold up, however, one positive outcome is, more women will now be able to protect themselves.
I avoid sodium laureth sulfate, which basically makes everything foam up! I buy my shampoo and facial cleansers from the supermarket, but I look for SLS free. Out of the whole range, only one or two bottles are SLS free and at a reasonable price! I think like our food, the less ingredients in creams and lotions, the better.
