A doughnut for breakfast is pretty crazy, but so is no breakfast at all! For those people who think skipping breakfast is helpful – it is worse than having a doughnut for breakfast!!!
If we want to be kind to our body and have the best start of the day, here are some ideas:
1) Muesli with fresh fruit and organic yoghurt.
2) Scrambled eggs with spinach leaves and cherry tomatoes.
3) Mushrooms and eggs on wholemeal toast.
4) Cinnamon pancakes with fresh fruit and yoghurt.
5) A butter croissant with fetta and spinach and tomato.
