The sleep team: Sleep is quite simple in so many ways, however, very complicated also!!

3. Sleep is a personal achievement for some and for some not an achievement at all!
4. Some do it in clothes; some do not.
5. Some people are tired and really moody; some people are really tired and calm.
6. Some people are night owls and others are buzzing morning people!!!
7. Some people can have a coffee just before bed and sleep fine; others have to stop 8 hours before sleep.
8. Some people talk and snore and sleep walk; others just sleep straight in a bed!
9. Most parents love it when their kids are asleep; most young kids dislike sleep!
10. Some people think it is a wonderful phenomenon; others have chronic sleep issues!
The good news is no body is alone in feeling any of these ways. The bad news is sleep is not an option, but a necessity. Anyway you look at it; you need it and you owe it to your life to make time for it.
